Project Manager

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of successful SAP implementations. This position requires strong SAP product knowledge and experience as well as strong managerial and communication skills. The Project Manager is responsible for developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordinating project team and sub-team activities, estimating project skill requirements, working with deployment to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the GCS implementation team. The Project Manager will collaborate with the sales team and application/functional team in the delivery of projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for initial project planning, estimating, and scheduling as well as management of the delivery of project results. The Project Manager will manage the completion of project deliverables and escalate issues to senior management and/or SAP project team as necessary.

Essential Functions:

• Developing work plans

• Working with management to identify appropriate resources and managing their integration into the team
  
• Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
  
• Setting and controlling scope
  
• Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
  
• Overall team management, including regular evaluations, and risk management
  
  

• A Bachelor's Degree in a business or computer-related field
  
• A minimum of 5 years experience and a successful track record in the delivery of SAP implementations including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change control
  
• Project Management experiences with SAP ASAP Certification or PMI PMP Certification a plus
  
• Outstanding leadership skills a must
  
• Demonstrated collaborative work style and networking relationships with other consultants, customers, and third party vendors
  
• Strong written communication skills and presentation skills.
  
• Highly motivated with excellent work ethic, energy, initiative and a team attitude.
